How to get Customized Customers Report ?

CompanyGate Software allows you to print different types of Customized Reports:

Customer Report

  1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
  2. Click on Search Button in Search after select the date .
  3. You can see the list all of records in Customers List given below.
  4. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

Customer Report by Employee

  1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
  2. Select the Employee Name from Employee drop down menu in Search.
  3. Click on Search Button.
  4. You can see the list of all records of particular Employee in Customers List given below.
  5. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

Customer Report by Grade

  1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
  2. Select the Grade from Grade drop down menu in Search.
  3. Click on Search Button.
  4. You can see the list of all records of particular Employee in Customers List given below.
  5. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

Customer Report by Country

  1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
  2. Select the Country from country drop down menu in Search.
  3. Click on Search Button.
  4. You can see the list of all records of particular country in Customers List given below.
  5. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

Customer Report by Business Field

  1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
  2. Select the Business Field from Business Field drop down menu in Search.
  3. Click on Search Button.
  4. You can see the list of all records of particular Business Field in Customers List given below.
  5. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

Customer Report by Type

  1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
  2. Select the Type from Type drop down menu in Search.
  3. Click on Search Button.
  4. You can see the list of all records of particular Type in Customers List given below.
  5. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

Customer Report by Sales Leads

  1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
  2. Select the Sales Leads from Sales Leads drop down menu in Search.
  3. Click on Search Button.
  4. You can see the list of all records of particular Sales Leads in Customers List given below.
  5. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

Customer Report by Designation

  1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
  2. Select the Designation from Designation drop down menu in Search.
  3. Click on Search Button.
  4. You can see the list of all records of particular Designation in Customers List given below.
  5. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

Customer Report by Department

  1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
  2. Select the Department from Department drop down menu in Search.
  3. Click on Search Button.
  4. You can see the list of all records of particular Department in Customers List given below.
  5. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

All the above reports can group by Employee,City, Sales Leads, Customer Type, Designation, Department or Grade .
