Hospital Structure

Hospital Structure is to easy setup your Hospital Structure. This Hospital Structure will come in the Admission Screen.

Adding Hospital Structure:

  1. Select Hospital Structure from Master Menu.
  2. you can add new Departments by clicking Add Icon to open popup window ,type the new Departments and click Save Button, delete exiting Departments By select it and click Delete Icon.
  3. Also you can add new ( Floors, Wards, Rooms #) or delete existed one by clicking on Add Icon & delete Icon.
  4. Select Product Category from drop down list ,Type the Product Name .

  5. Select Department from drop down list.
  6. Select Floor from drop down list.
  7. Select Ward from drop down list.
  8. Select Room # from drop down list.
  9. Type Bed # in the appropriate text box.
  10. Click Save Button.

Edit Structure

  1. Select the Structure that you would like to edit from the list down.
  2. Do the need full changes and press Edit Button to save the changes.
  3. You can also change exiting Departments By select it and click Add Icon, Then do the need full changes and press Edit Button to save the changes.

Delete Bed

When deleting any Bed, the Admissions related it will be deleted .

  1. Select the name of Bed from the Bed list given below.
  2. Press Delete button to delete .

Print Button

Print Button is to print the details of all existing Structure .

Clear Button

to clear the screen for any action (Add , Edit , Delete) to add new record.
