Animal File

 

Animal File is to enter Animals Information. These Animals details will use for making Appointments in Appointment Screen, adding Animal Medical Record and also for making invoice for the Animal.

Adding New Animal

  1. Select the Animal File from Animals Menu.
  2. Add Name and all other details in the appropriate columns.
  3. Animal Data(Animal name,and Animal Type) and Owner Data if Person(First Name,Middle Name, Last Name, Title,Mobile, Doctor and Disease)Or Company (Name And Contact Person Mobile, Doctor and Disease)are mandatory fields.
  4. Also you can add new Animal Type by clicking on Add Icon and you can delete any Animal Type by Select Animal Type from drop down menu Animal Type then clicking on Delete Icon. Also add new Disease or Country by the last same way.
  5. Animal file ID will be created automatically or Manually according to your choice in Clinic Data Screen.
  6. Add Status, Microchip#, Tag#, Insurance, Provider, Referral, Breed , Medication and Notes for the Animal.
  7. You can also add Animal Photo by Upload Button .
  8. Click Save Button.

Edit Animal

  1. Select the Owner that you would like to edit by search with First Name, Last Name, Insurance Company, Country, Sex, Doctor , Provider,Animal Type or Breed.
  2. Select the Owner from the Owner list.
  3. Do the needful changes and press Edit Button to save the changes.
  4. Click View Animals Button and select the Animal that you would like to edit by search with Name, Insurance Company, Country, Sex, Doctor, Provider,Animal Type or Breed.
  5. you can also Search in all Animals by check in Search In all Animals box .
  6. Do the needful changes and press Edit Animal Button to save the changes.

Delete Animals

When deleting any Animal, his Invoices will be deleted automatically.

  1. Select the Owner from the Owner List given below.

  2. Click View Animals Button and select the Animal that you would like to Delete.
  3. Press Delete Button to Delete this Animal.
  4. you can also delete the Owner and his Animals by Select the Owner from the Owner List given below.

  5. Press Delete Button to Delete this Owner and his Animals.

Clear Button:

To clear the screen for any action (Add , Edit or Delete)

Email Button:

Select the Owner that you want send email from the Owner List given below and click the Email Button to open default Email Program.


Search Animal

  1. Search for Owner Or Animal with Name.
  2. Search for Owner Or Animal with Doctor Name.
  3. Search for Owner Or Animal with Insurance or Provider.
  4. Search for Owner Or Animal with Sex or Country .
  5. Search for Owner Or Animal with Animal Type or Breed .
  6. Can select any one or all together and click Search Button.
  7. Select Birth Date (From Date & To Date )
  8. you can also Search in all Animals by check in Search In all Animals box.

Print Animal Button (To print details for one Animal)

  1. Select the Owner from the Owner List given below.

  2. Click View Animals Button and select the Animal that you would like to Print.
  3. Click Print Animal to View/Print the Report.
  4. you can also Print the Owner and his Animals by Select the Owner from the Owner List given below.

  5. Click Print Owner to View/Print the Report.

Print List Button

  • Print List Button is used to Print the details of all Animals in list given below.
  • Notes VeterinaryGate Software allows you to print different types of Customized Reports:

    Animal Report

    1. Select the Animal File from Animals Menu.
    2. You can see the list all of records in Owners List given below.
    3. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.
    4. You can also Print list of all Animals For One Owner by Select the Owner from the Owner List given below.

    5. Click View Animals Button You can see the list all of records in Animals List given below.
    6. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.
    7. Also you can Print list of all Animals For all Owners by check in Search In all Animals box and click search.
    8. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

    Animal Report by Animal Name

    1. Select the Animal File from Animals Menu.
    2. Select the Owner from the Owner List given below.

    3. Click View Animals Button You can see the list all of records in Animals List given below.
    4. Type the Animal Name in Animal Text in Search.
    5. Click on Search Button.
    6. You can see the list of all records of particular Animal in Animals List given below.
    7. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

    Animal Report by Doctor

    1. Select the Animal File from Animals Menu.
    2. Select the Doctor Name from Doctor drop down menu in Search.
    3. Click on Search Button.
    4. You can see the list of all records of particular Doctor in Animals List given below.
    5. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

  • And the same for
    1. Animal Report by Country
    2. Animal Report by Insurance
    3. Animal Report by Provider
    4. Animal Report by Sex.
    5. Animal Report by Animal Type.
    6. Animal Report by Breed.
  • Also You can print the Animal List Group By Owner, Doctor, Insurance Company,Provider, Animal Type or Breed.
  • And You can print the Owner List Group By Owner Type, Doctor, City,Sex or Country.

Print Graph Button

There is some graphic reports show the ratio of count of Animals and all of the (Diseases, City, Insurances, Providers and Sex) in specific duration.

Graphic Animal Report per Diseases

  1. Select Diseases from the Animals Graph drop down list.
  2. Select Duration Time from From Date & To Date.
  3. Click Print Graph to View/Print the Report.

And the same for

  1. Animal Report per City.
  2. Animal Report per Insurances.
  3. Animal Report per Providers.
  4. Animal Report per Sex.
